"I'd rather do nothing and be happy, than do something that I don't love."

Second Post of the day. Watching my dad's dog Sammy who can't seem to stop licking me. Drinking Vino for some inspiration. haha. But here's a little about me. Hopefully when I venture off into the crazy future i've chosen, looking back will be nice.

The first picture on the left is me in Hollywood (Los Angeles) California. I just took a trip there to find an apartment. My friend Lindsey and I ventured into the hills & parked in front of a house, probably illegal. I am going to move there this summer and pursue acting and/or music. Whichever works out really, though I'm hoping it's music, or a musical. :) That's why I thought it would be fun to look back on this after I've been working there for a while and hopefully see a good amount of progression.

This picture is me in the summer of 2008 in Bethel, New york. My sister Liz and Brother-In-Law Tyson surprised me for my took me to the Woodstock Museum there. I am a huge fan of the 60's mainly for the music. I do love their free spirit outlook on life, peace and love. I am definitely a free spirit and I try to exude peace and love daily. But again, the music...it was the best, and I am convinced that nothing will ever compare. Obvious ones like, The Beatles, Janis, Doors, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Jimi, Pink Floyd, Led Zep, and um did I say The Beatles?

This is another picture from my summer in New York, but this is my "city picture". There is really no place in the world like Manhattan, and I have a feeling I'll end up there at some point in my life. P.S. This night was crazy!

These are my sisters. Lauren & Liz(zie). She will always be Lizzie to me. In our spare time we like to talk like Sean Connery, and we think anything that has to do with cat's is funny. We spent the entire summer living in Lizzie's apartment in New Jersey.(Lauren and I shared a bedroom smaller than our childhood one.) There were rough patches, but I can honestly say it was the best summer of my life, I learned a lot about myself, and I will always go to my sisters first when I need advice.

I think that it is okay to learn from other people's mistakes, but it is better to learn from your own. I have made a big choice for the near future and everyone is giving me different advice and telling me what this person has experienced, and what they think is wrong or right about what I am doing. Though I do appreciate the experienced and the wisdom of others who have been through what I have not, I am going to be stubborn on this one. I am going to learn for myself and from my own triumphs and mistakes, not from anyone Else's. I think it is important to go with your gut, because even if its not ''right'' for some it may be the right or the wrong thing for you. Listen to your heart, Be yourself, & Keep good people around you. Be realistic and Optimistic. Dream Big, and Do big. I never want to look back and say I wish I would have or what if.

love&luck,

Erica :)
